How do I change the time of my visit from the sales adviser?

Can I get a price via email or over the phone?

How long will my home consultation last?
Our consultations are entirely geared around your needs, so the length can vary. Generally speaking, we often need 60 minutes or so to find out what you want, measure up, price and provide a quotation.
What does our guarantee cover? And how long?
Customers will have the peace of mind of 3 guarantees when work is installed:
- Up to a 20-year guarantee on parts and labour on all of work
- Up to a 50-year manufactures guarantee on our products
- 10-year insurance backed guarantee, which includes a deposit protection scheme
Are Household Home Improvement’s installations insurance backed?
We offer insurance backed guarantees as standard on all our products. Our advisors can discuss this with you in more detail.
What deposit is required for my purchase?
The typical deposit for Household Home Improvement work is 25% of contract value incl. VAT, but this should be discussed with your advisor during your appointment.
What happens after we have accepted the quote for our home improvements?
After the initial go-ahead from our customer, one of Household’s trained surveyors will visit your home and double check everything – from designs, to measurements and access.
Once your site survey has been received, Household Home Improvement’s will carefully manufacture your products to your exact specification. We will arrange an installation date with you for our team who will install your improvements quickly and efficiently, and with the least possible inconvenience to you.
How long should I expect to wait between placing my order and actual installation?
Depending on the product you have ordered, we usually begin installation within 4-6 weeks.
Do I get anything when I recommend you?
For anyone you recommend that purchases from us, we will pay you a one-off, £100 fee as a thank you.
